21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller right away. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold delivery of any more Goods to the Purchaser and may terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
